Service “Student Fee”
This is an opportunity provided by the Joint-Stock Commercial Bank of Turkmenistan “Halkbank” for online payment for education in all higher and secondary educational institutions of our country.
How to use the “Student Fee” service:
it is necessary to obtain a login and password in the educational institution for entering the system;
on the official website of the bank https://halkbank.gov.tm in the section “Online payment” go to the page “Student Fee”; Go to the “Student Fee” page in the “MENU” section on your mobile phone.
after entering your login and password in your personal account, click the “Create” button;
enter the payment amount in the window that opens;
enter bank card details and click the “Payment” button;
after payment, it is possible to view payment status, amount and date.
with this service it is also possible to receive a payment receipt.
Attention! In order to use the “Student Fee” service, you need to know the CVC code of the card, and the SMS notification service must be connected to the card. You can find out the CVC code of the card as well as connect the SMS notification service at any ATM without going to the bank.
