Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov has held an online working meeting with participation of Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet A.Yazmyradov, who supervises the agro-industrial complex and khyakims of regions to consider the state of affairs in the agricultural sector as well as the course of seasonal activities in regions of the country.

The first floor was given to khyakim of Akhal region Ya. Gurbanov, who reported on the state of affairs in the region, in particular, the measures taken to increase the pace of cotton harvesting, timely gathering of the harvest of “white gold” without loss as well as efficient use of agricultural machinery exploited in cotton fields of the country.

Moreover, it was informed that the wheat sowing is carried out in accordance with agro-technical terms. The agricultural machinery and equipment are used in full capacity. In wheat fields vegetation irrigation is carried out timely and good shoots have been obtained as a result.

The khyakim also reported that in animal husbandries of the region fodders are prepared for the winter period and all necessary work is carried out to ensure proper wintering of the cattle.

The information on the course of construction of social, cultural and industrial projects, which were planned to be commissioned into operation, was also delivered.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that timely and without loss the harvesting of cotton is the main requirement of today, expressing dissatisfaction with the low pace of work in Kaka, Sarakhs, Tejen districts and demanded from the khyakim that the course of the cotton harvesting campaign should be accelerated.

The President of the country also required that the preparation of animal husbandries for winter should be carried out timely and properly.

Having made an emphasis on priority areas of socio-economic development of the region, the head of the state instructed him to keep under a strict control issues of construction of projects and their timely commissioning into operation the current year.

Khyakim of Balkan region T.Atahallyev report on the state of affairs in the western region, informed on the course of seasonal activities.

As was marked, for harvest of “white gold” within shortest terms and without loss and successful organization of the harvesting campaign the well-coordinated work of related structures is ensured. The agricultural machinery used in transportation of the raw cotton, ginneries and reception points work regularly.

Besides it, measures for completion of the winter wheat sowing within the established agro-technical terms and vegetation irrigation of fields, where equal shoots appeared were informed.

At present, measures are taken to ensure proper care of the fields under sugar beet and prepare fodder for winter in animal husbandries as well as to accomplish wintering places of the cattle.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov underlined importance of high paces and timely conduction of marked seasonal agricultural activities. In this connection, the head of the state made an emphasis on the fact that the cotton harvesting in Etrek district runs slowly and gave the khyakim relevant instructions to this end.

The President of the country demanded that all efforts should be made to ensure high paces of winter wheat sowing and vegetation irrigation of fields under a strict control over observation of agro-technical terms and to obtain a good yield of sugar beet, having given the khyakim concrete instructions.

Having drawn the attention to the issues connected with the approaching winter, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov instructed him to carry out a due preparation for this season in animal husbandries of the region.

The online working meeting continued with the report of khyakim of Dashoguz region N.Nazarmyradov on seasonal agricultural activities carried out in the northern region of the country.

As was pointed out, proper measures are taken for the harvest of cotton grown by selfless work of agriculturists within the shortest terms and without loss and organization of regular work of harvesting combines, machinery and reception points.

At the same time, the wheat sowing is carried out in accordance with established terms in the region and regular operation of machinery and other agricultural equipment is ensured.

In the rice fields of the northern region, the harvest of the crop within shortest terms and without loss is carried out.

It was also informed that preparation of fodders in necessary volumes for the winter period as well as accomplishment of wintering places of the cattle are carried out in animal husbandries.

Construction of various projects planned to be commissioned into operation the current year is also carried out at a high tempo in the region.

Having summed up the repot, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov underlined significance of development of the agro-industrial complex. An emphasis was made on the cotton harvesting campaign, which goes on at present and on its slow paces, especially in Ruhubelent, Akdepe, Boldumsaz districts of the region and gave the khyakim a number of concrete instructions to this end.

Further, the head of the state instructed him to complete the winter wheat sowing within agro-technical terms and to ensure the harvest of rice without loss, having instructed the head of the regional administration to keep fulfilment of these tasks under a strict control.

One should prepare animal husbandries for the responsible season-winter and carry out work on accomplishment of wintering places of the cattle.

The President of the country also instructed him to keep under a constant control the quality and terms of construction of social and production projects planned to be commissioned in the northern region of the country the current year.

Further, khyakim of Lebap region Sh.Amangeldiev reported on seasonal agricultural and other activities carried out in the region.

As was informed, all efforts are made to gather cotton within the shortest time and without loss and to ensure regular operation of cotton harvesting combines, trucks and reception points.

The khyakim also informed on complex measures taken for timely completion of wheat sowing , use of agricultural machinery and sowing machines in full capacity, conduction of vegetation irrigation in wheat fields to get good shoots. Besides it, the proper work is carried out in the region to gather rice within the shortest terms and without loss.

Within the framework of the report, preparation of animal husbandries of the region for winter and fodders in necessary volumes and accomplishment of wintering places of the cattle were also informed.

Along with that, the paces of construction of various projects planned to be commissioned into operation this year, was also reported.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov made an emphasis on the importance of constant control over proper conduction of seasonal work in the fields with strict observation of agro-technical standards.

Speaking of completion of the cotton harvest campaign at the marked terms and without loss, the head of the state pointed out to the low paces of this campaign in Dovletli district as well as in Koytendag and Khojambaz districts, having given the khyakim concrete instructions to this end.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov instructed the head of the regional administration to take all measures for obtaining a good yield of rice and prepare animal husbandries for winter.

One should keep under a strict control construction of various projects planned to be commissioned into operation in the region the current year.

Further, khyakim of Mary region D.Annaberdiev reported on the course of seasonal agricultural activities, including terms and the state of cotton harvesting and wheat sowing campaigns.

As was informed, cotton harvesting combines and other machines are actively used in the fields and well-coordinated work of reception points is ensured. The agricultural machinery is used fully to carry out the wheat sowing at due time.

Vegetation irrigation of wheat fields with good emergence of shoots is carried out timely.

Relevant agro-technical activities are carried out to take care of sugar beet and to gather the crop and prepare fodders in necessary volumes in animal husbandries of the region as well as to accomplish wintering places of the cattle.

At the same time, construction of social and production projects planned to be commissioned into operation in the region the current year continues at a rapid pace.

Having summed up the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov drew the attention to the course of seasonal agricultural activities, having pointed out to the low paces of cotton harvesting in Oguzhan, Vekilbazar and Murgap districts. Having expressed his dissatisfaction with the state of affairs in this area, the head of the state demanded from the khyakim that he should correct shortcomings made within the shortest time and ensure the well-coordinated work of all structures involved in this responsible campaign.

At the same time, one should maintain high tempos of winter wheat sowing and complete it at established agro-technical terms as well as ensure harvest of high yield of sugar beet without loss, the President of the country said, having given the khyakim concrete instructions to this end.

The head of the state underlined importance of conduction of wheat sowing in accordance with agro-technical standards and timely at the expense of use of machinery in full capacity, which is the main requirement of today.

One should take a responsible approach to solution of tasks connected with preparation of animal husbandries for winter season, preparation of fodders as well as accomplishment of wintering places of the cattle.

Speaking of priority areas of socio-economic development of the country, the head of Turkmenistan instructed him to keep issues of construction of social and industrial projects planned to be commissioned into operation in the region this year, under a control.

Further, Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet A.Yazmyradov reported on the seasonal agricultural activities carried out in the country.

It was informed that measures are taken to gather cotton grown in regions of the country within the shortest time and without loss. Along with it, the wheat sowing and irrigation of wheat fields is carried out in accordance with agro-technical requirements.

The Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet reported on the working trip made at the instruction of the President of Turkmenistan to Lebap region, where relevant measures are realized for harvest of cotton without loss and timely sowing of wheat as well as vegetative irrigation of agricultural fields.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov made an emphasis on top important tasks of modernization of the agro-industrial complex, having noted necessity of conduction of seasonal agricultural activities at due level and in accordance with agro-technical requirements and instructed the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet to keep under a strict control the paces of cotton harvesting and wheat sowing campaigns. At that, it is important to ensure the regular operation of agricultural machinery, reception points, and cotton ginneries as well as to create conditions for fruitful work of agriculturists.

The head of the state underlined that on should take immediate measures to gather cotton harvest, which is a valuable raw material for the national economy without loss and to accelerate the pace of wheat sowing and gave the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet relevant instructions.

Having addressed the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet, who supervises the agro-industrial complex and khyakims of the regions, the President of the country demanded that they should take a serious approach to conduction of seasonal agricultural activities at due level and timely and successful fulfilment of target goals.
